(b****政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，****政府采购中的份额，扶持小微企业政策：本项目（□是 ◆不是）专门面向中小微企业采购，评审时小微企业最终磋商价格予10%的扣除。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and micro enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and micro enterprises: This project (□ Yes ◆ No) is specifically aimed at small and micro enterprises for procurement, and a 10% deduction will be given to the final negotiated price of small and micro enterprises during the evaluation. (2) Support welfare units for people with disabilities and treat them as small and micro enterprises;

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）具备省市级司法部门核发的有效的《律师事务所执业许可证》；
（2）符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸****政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Having a valid "Law Firm Practice License" issued by the provincial and municipal judicial departments; (2) Suppliers who comply with Article 17 of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [2024] No. 12) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project;

(i)符合《****政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
