1.Project Location: Az-Zour North Phase 2 3 Independent Power Generation and Water Desalination Producer Plant Project, Kuwait 2.Project Scale: The net power output of the power plant 2700 MW. The net water production capacity of the water plant 120 MIGD. 3.Bidding Scope:Working Pile LOT B, estimated to be approximately 2140 in number, with diameters of 600mm and 800mm, and lengths of 16m and 20m; the work includes excavation, pile construction, pile head breaking, and testing. Construction scope: pile foundation work in the GT21/22 gas turbine and HRSG21/22 boiler area, turbine building area, and black start area of the BLOCK20 section (including pile foundations for the comprehensive pipe rack foundation). For specific details, please refer to the bill of quantities. 3.采购范围：正式桩基B标段，约2140根，直径600mm和800mm，长度16m和20m；工作包括：开挖、桩基施工，桩头破除和试验。施工范围：BlOCK20板块 GT21/22燃机及HRSG21/22锅炉区域、汽机房区域、黑启动区域的桩基工作（含综合管架基础桩基），具体内容详见工程量清单。
