（6）拟派项目负责人具有市政公用工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (4) Having the qualification of third level or above enterprise for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (5) Having a valid safety production license; (6) The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in municipal public works, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: None.
