项目概况及招标范围：

This includes, but is not limited to, excavation of medium-voltage cable trenches, backfilling, installation of conduits, cable laying, cable testing (excluding withstand voltage testing), laying of warning tapes, installation of cable marker posts, as well as splicing, jointing, testing, and ing of fiber optic and communication cables throughout the entire plant (covering all related work in both the wind farm area and the substation area), along with installation of grounding systems for wind turbine towers, etc.风场中压电缆及光纤电缆安装，包括但不限于中压电缆沟开挖、回填、埋管安装、电缆敷设、电缆实验（非耐压试验）、警示带铺设，电缆标识桩安装等，以及全厂光纤、通讯电缆熔接、对接、试验及报告（包括风场区域和升压站区域所有相关工作），和风塔接地系统安装等。
