As Changan Automobile continues to deepen its presence and steadily expand in the Southeast Asian market, it is expected to officially launch brand release activities in key core markets across the Asia-Pacific region in 2026, while simultaneously rolling out the concentrated launch of multiple brands and several key flagship models. This initiative aims to further enhance brand influence and market penetration, and to strengthen Changan Automobile’s long-term strategic positioning in the Southeast Asian market.

二、供应商资质要求Supplier quolification request

1,在中国境内、外注册，投标方需具备独立法人资格和承担民事责任的能力； 投标方需提供符合各国家法规要求的“营业执照”等相关证明；投标方可作为签约主体承接**项下的东南亚5个国家（印尼、菲律宾、越南、马来西亚、澳大利亚）市场业务。****公司注册证书或相关资质证明，若为境外注册请提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息）

The bidder must be registered domestically or internationally, and must have the legal status of an independent legal entity capable of civil liability. The bidder must provide relevant documents such as a "business license" that complies with the legal requirements of each country. The bidder may serve as the contracting party to undertake business in the Southeast Asian markets of five countries (Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Australia) under the cooperation agreement. (Provide the company registration certificate or relevant qualification proof. If registered overseas, please provide the official verification link for the business license and affix the company seal.)

2, 近5年（2021年1月-2026年1月）至少服务以上5个（印尼、菲律宾、越南、马来西亚、澳大利亚）国别中的2个国家，每个国家对应2个汽车行业或3C类活动搭建与运营案例。案例要求如下：

①该案例含项目规模及创意、活动方案（搭建与运营）。

②**方式要求：品牌方直签；

③提交材料要求：需提供合同扫描件及结案材料，完整合同扫描件（须至少包含合同首页、服务内容页、签字盖章页，时间以合同签订时间为准）需体现**对象、**时间、服务内容等信息（价格等涉密部分可隐藏）；

at least 2 cases of above 5 countries event setup and operation in the automotive industry or 3C sector (2 service cases per country, please provide actual cases according to the countries executed).

Each case should include project scale, creativity, and event plans (setup and operation).

Cooperation mode requirement: Direct contract with the brand owner.

Submission requirements: Provide scanned copies of the contract and project completion materials. The complete contract scan (must include at least the contract cover page, service content page, and signature/seal page; the contract signing date will be used as the reference date) should reflect the cooperation party, cooperation duration, and service content (confidential information such as pricing can be redacted).
