项目概况及招标范围：

The scope of supply of security system shall include as a package the supply, system design, engineering, approval documents, interface with existing equipment,guidance of erection, testing, commissioning, acceptance tests, submitting approved certificate of Security System ,submitting approved as built drawing from kdocs(HCIS consultant) , and handing over training a fully Integrated Security System for 700MW YANBU Wind Independent power Project .安全系统的供应范围应包括以下内容：供应、系统设计、工程实施、相关批准文件、与现有设备的接口、安装指导、测试、调试、验收测试、提交安全系统批准证书、提交由 HCIS 顾问提供的竣工图纸，以及为 700 MW延布风力发电项目交付并培训完整的集**全系统。

投标人资格要求：

（1）The bidders must have completed local registration in Saudi Arabia and possess relevant construction experience.响应人须是在沙特阿拉伯完成属地化注册，并有相关施工经验；（2） The bidder is required to provide valid CR ,VAT and relevant HCIS certificates.响应人须提供有效的CR、VAT及相关HCIS证书。
