为落实最严格的耕地保护制度，坚决遏制各类违法违规用地，根******局的工作任务，拟对违法用地进行整治。预估需整治、拆除的内容包括：整治违法用地上违法建筑约3.5万平方米（其中，砖混结构约0.5万平方米，简易房结构约 1万平方米，农用大棚约 2万平方米）；整治违法用地硬化地坪约5万平方米；整治违法用地渣土地坪10万平方米；整治三合土地坪约13万平方米；整治压实土地坪约 6万平方；需回填土约 28 万平方米，按实际整治深度回填。整治深度通常约为30cm，不排除个别点位有深挖可能，按实际深度整治，预计特殊点位有毛垃圾需清运，个别点位需人工搬运、液压挖掘机、吊机、各类汽车等支持。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
