Procurement content and scope: 以下为同传服务供应商需于二零二六年度会议提供的服务范围︰
1.****公司会议提供服务：
a) 华润****公司（China Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited）；
b) ****公司（China Resources Snow Breweries Limited）；及
c) 华润****公司（CRH (Beer) Limited）。
2. 常规股东会议及董事会会议需配备两（2）位传译员，供应商于每次会议前需因应会议地点，提供不少于四（4）位传译员简历****公司考虑；
3. 非常规会议需要多于两（2）位传译员的情况，供应商于每次会议前因应会议地点，****公司要求的传译员数量简历****公司考虑；
4. 需****公司安排，按需进行于**、国内或外国会议场所（「会议场所」）的场地考察及书面确认报价，应包括租借所需器材及提供相关服务之费用；
5. ****公司协商的时间或会议当日于会议场所完成所需设置、搭建等事前准备工作；
6. 需于会议当日联系与管理传译员抵达会议场所提供同传服务；
7. 需于会议当日于会议场所现场提供技术支援，包括但不限于维护传译室以及负责监控同传服务设备（包括管理电话会议服务，以支援与会者以电话拨入各翻译线），其他服务范围及详情列于采购文件内；以及标书代写
8. 加时工作范围及其报价（如需）。
