项目概况：主要建设内容: 1.对三所联动调解室进行建设（含接待室、调解室各1间，综合建筑面积约105平方米） 项目总投资：20万元。其中工程费19万元，工程建设其他费约1万元，监理费用限价：0.5万元 2. 塘桥小区非机动车棚及塘桥路沿线废弃招牌整修项目 对塘桥小区三个车棚漏水处进行维修，墙面脱落处进行粉刷，对车棚内充电桩安全隐患处进行排查维修，对塘桥路沿线破墙开店集中整治，对部分废弃店招店招进行拆除等项目总投资：27.6万元。其中工程费26万元，工程建设其他费约1.6万元，监理费用限价：0.78万元

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
