我司****是SNF公司1998年****经济开发区设****公司。主要生产聚丙烯酰胺，同时面向国内国外市场。我司在**共有两个仓库， 相距约7公里， 为降低运输成本，现决定就两库之间的短驳业务实施邀请竞价招标。烦请有意参****公司提供相关的运输资质及报价，我公司将对贵司所提供的资质材料保密。

Our company, SNF (China) Flocculant Co., Ltd., is the first wholly-owned subsidiary established by SNF Company in Taixing Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, China in 1998. It mainly produces polyacrylamide and serves both domestic and international markets. We have two warehouses in Taixing, approximately 7 kilometers apart. To reduce transportation costs, we have decided to conduct an invitation for bidding and tendering for the short-haul transportation services between these two warehouses. We kindly request any logistics companies interested in participating in this tender to provide relevant transportation qualifications and quotations. We will keep your qualification materials confidential.

二、招标项目概况

1， 运输货物：丙烯酰胺聚合物（普货）

Transported goods: Acrylamide polymer (general cargo)

2， 货物包装： 粉末，可叠两层， 不限于1000公斤/托盘

Product packaging: Powder, can be stacked two layers, not limited to 1000 kilograms per pallet

3， 每天运输数量： 约150-200吨， 具体的数量以实际为准

Daily transportation volume: Approximately 150-200 tons. The exact quantity will depend on the actual situation.

4， 运输方式：卡车运输 （车到即装即卸，保证效率）

Transportation method: Truck transportation (vehicles arrive and goods are loaded and unloaded immediately, ensuring efficiency)

5， 运输路线：****工厂仓库-****路新仓库往返（相距约7公里）

Transportation route: From SNF factory warehouse in Taixing - to the new warehouse on Yangjiang Road in Taixing , back and forth (the distance is approximately 7 kilometers)

6， 车型要求：依据国家和行业的最新标准，使用国五及以上等级适合装运具体产品的车辆。

Vehicle model requirements: In accordance with the latest national and industry standards, use vehicles of grade V or above that are suitable for transporting specific products.

7， 工作时间要求： 8：00-17：00， 午餐时间30分钟

Working hours requirement: 8:00 - 17:00, lunch break of 30 minutes

三，投标资格要求

投标人注册资本不得少于人民币1000万元，注册年限不得低于5年。对所承运货物投保一切险，具备自主开票资格并在**范围内承运货物的合法道路运输经营单位。

The registered capital of the bidder shall not be less than 10 million yuan, and the registration period shall be no less than 5 years. The bidder shall have taken out all-risk insurance for the transported goods, possess the qualification for independent invoicing, and be a legal road transport operating unit that can transport goods nationwide.

投标人必须具备5年以上普通货物运输的运作经验。

The bidder must have at least 5 years of operational experience in the transportation of ordinary goods.

本次招标要求投标方提供5万元的投标保证金；支付方式为电汇，****银行账户信息为111********00023711****银行名称：****营业部）；未中标单位的投标保证金将在宣布中标结果后七个工作日内退回；如爱森持有合理证据认定投标人虚构招标文件，或有妨碍 公开，透明，公平竞争，公正评选 等原则行为的，我公司有权不退还其投标保证金。

This tender requires the bidder to provide a 50,000 yuan bid bond; the payment method is by wire transfer. The designated bank account information for Eiseng is 111********00023711 (Bank name: Industrial Bank Taixing Branch Business Department); the bid bond of the unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within seven working days after the announcement of the winning bid result; if SNF has reasonable evidence to prove that the bidder fabricated the tender documents, or has any behavior that violates the principles of "openness, transparency, fair competition, and impartial evaluation", our company has the right not to return the bid bond.

评标时， 一旦认定虚假报价， 投标无效， 已提交的投标保证金不予退还。标书代写

During the evaluation process, if a false bid is identified, the bid will be invalidated and the submitted bid bond will not be refunded.

中标后， 中标企业需缴纳10万元的履约保证金。中标后， 拒绝按投标报价签订合同或履行合约， 取消中标资格， 扣除履约保证金5万元整，5****公司的所有招标项目。

After winning the bid, the winning enterprise is required to pay a performance bond of 100,000 yuan. After winning the bid, if you refuse to sign the contract or fulfill the agreement according to the bid price, we have the right to directly deduct penalty RMB50, 000 from the performance bond, the performance bond will be confiscated, and you will be prohibited from participating in all our company's bidding projects for 5 years.

中标后， 拒绝按投标报价签订合同或履行合约， 取消中标资格， 没收履约保证金， 5****公司的所有招标项目。

四， 资格审查证明文件

有效的道路运输经营许可证复印件；Copy of road transportation operation permit;

税务登记证复印件（如果有就提供）；Copy of tax registration certificate;

有效的保险合同文件（或保单）复印件；Copy of insurance contract documents (or policies);

全权代表身份证复印件；Copy of authorized representative s ID card;

投标保证金付款凭证复印件；Copy of tender bond certificate;

投标人企业介绍材料。含近三年普货运输主要业绩（文字描述及财务报表）。

Introduction materials for bidder, including the main results in general freight transport in last 3 years （Some explanation and financial statement）;

五， 报价表格 Quotation file

说明： 报价包括货物运输所需的税费，保险，油费，人工费，**费及车辆自身的相关费用。

Remark: The quotation includes taxes, insurance, fuel costs, labor costs, toll fees, and other related expenses for the vehicle itself, as well as the costs for transporting the goods.
