4、燃料动力费:无;主要原因是实验过程中均在********实验室进行,所****实验室承担,故本项预算未执行。

5、差旅/会议/国际**与交流费:9.789844万,其中,差旅费:9.789844万,会议费:0.00万;国际**与交流费:0.00万;差旅/会议/国际**与交流费超支0.489844万元,超支比例:5.27%,基本按预算执行。

6、出版/文献/信息传播/知识产权事务费:4.613507万;结余2.886493万元,结余38.49%,其中发表的大多数英文期刊免收版面费,所以结余比例过大,后续将继续用于专利和论文支出。

7、劳务费:18.5750万;结余0.025万元,结余比例0.13%,基本按预算执行。

9、管理费:3.8250万;主要原因是****收取管理费。
