项目概况：1.宁****中心抗震墙修复：对宁****中心底层5轴墙及8轴墙进行抗震墙修复。**费5万元，审价费0.01万元； 2.峨山路615号至635号二楼墙面整新工程：对峨山路615号至635号存在安全隐患的二楼墙面进行整新，对违规店招进行拆除。**费13.40万元，审价费0.04万元； 3.三所联动纠纷调解室建设：对三所联动调解室进行建设（含接待室、调解室各1间）。**费18.02万元，审价费0.06万元； 4.塘桥小区非机动车棚及塘桥路沿线废弃招牌整修：对塘桥小区三个车棚外立面瓷砖翻新、内墙粉刷、屋面防水翻新、外墙面进行美化等。**费25.90万元，审价费0.09万元；本次服务根据招投标文件、工程结算书、竣工图纸等工程材料，通过现场调查等方式对工程量、单价费率等进行复核，并出具审价报告。标书代写

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
