本项目施工内容包括施工内容包括预估沥青路面修复（含翻挖沥青面层、水泥混凝土基层、机械摊铺沥青混凝土及黄砂回填等）2085平方米、预估白色路面修复（含翻挖混凝土面层、水泥混凝土基层、黄砂回填及土方外运等)835平方米、预估人行道修复(含翻挖人行道板、翻挖混凝土、铺装碎石基础及土方外运等903平方米和铣刨加罩（含铣刨沥青混凝土路面及土方外运等）4000平方等。 本项目总投资196.58万元，**费187.42万元，本项目计划于2026年3月下旬开工，工期365日历天（具体以实际开工为准）。本次采购为该工程监理，采取“择优选取”方式选取中介服务机构。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
