（4）其他资格要求：施工现场项目管理机构拟派人员配备要求：
人员配备要求（人）：5人
岗位、数量、资格要求：*园林项目负责人（园林专业中级及以上职称）1人、安全员1人、质量员1人、材料员1人、中级及以上园林绿化工(班组负责人)1人。
说明：
1）上述人员配备要求系最低配备要求；对于施工技术复杂的项目，供应商可根据项目情况，在以上人员配备要求基础上适当增加技术管理人员、施工员等人数；
2）*岗位不得同时兼任两个及以上项目,须具有**市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子信息卡，且无在建项目记录；
3）本竞争性磋商文件所涉及的园林专业是指：园林（园林规划设计、园林植物、风景园林、园林绿化、绿化林业等）、园艺、城市规划、景观、植物（含植保、森保等）、环境艺术、风景旅游等专业；
（5）业绩要求：无；
（6）其他要求：本项目另需配备注册建造师：具有市政公用工程专业二级（及以上）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书。
