项目概况及招标范围：

Unloading of wind turbine units and their accessories, unpacking and opening boxes for inspection, assembly, hoisting and installation of nacelles, blades, hubs and accessories, Installation and welding of the internal steel structure and platform of the wind turbine,as well as the installation and welding of the external maintenance guardrail (supplied by the contractor)for the WTG foundations , installation of cable joints, RMUs, dry transformers, converters, etc. 风电机组及其附件卸车，部件掏箱、开箱检查、组装，机舱、叶片、轮毂吊装及附件的安装，风机内部钢结构、平台，以及风机基础外部检修防护栏（承包商提供）安装焊接，随风机的电缆接头、RMU、干变、变流器等的安装，配合机组调试等，清场，吊装机械施工过程中转场，工器具转移；螺栓后拉张、小部件二次倒运；塔筒卸车、检查；塔筒（架）的吊装、安装，电缆敷设，照明灯具安装，爬梯安装以及附件的安装

投标人资格要求：

(1)The respondents must have completed local registration in Saudi Arabia and must possess experience or achievements in the installation of wind turbine generators overseas (Give priority to KSA).(2) The respondent is required to provide valid CR and VAT certificates.（1）响应人须是在沙特阿拉伯完成属地化注册，且必须在海外（沙特国别优先）具有风力发电机组安装施工经验或业绩；（2）响应人须提供有效的CR及VAT证书。
