****是SNF公司1998年****经济开发区设****公司，员工有1000人。主要原料是丙烯腈，从国内购买，主要成品是聚丙烯酰胺，同时面向国内国外市场。为规范产品运输、提高服务水平，降低运输成本，****集团实际运输需求，决定就国内公路运输业务实施邀请竞价招标，择优选择承运方。特邀请合格投标人就该项目提交密封投标。

SNF (China) Flocculant Co., Ltd. is the first wholly owned subsidiary of SNF Group in Taixing Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu Province, China in 1998, and has 1000 employees. The main raw material is acrylonitrile, which is mostly purchased in China. The main product is polyacrylamide (PAM). It is oriented to both domestic and foreign market. In order to standardize product transport, enhance service level and reduce transport cost, according to SNF Group's actual transportation demand, we decide to implement domestic road transport business invitation auction bidding and choose the best carrier. We hereof invite eligible bidders to submit sealed bids on the project.
