1.Location of operation of the bidding project: The RED SEA UTILITY ASSETS AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT is located in Tarbuk Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, covering an area of 28000 square kilometers, 160 kilometers of shoreline and 550 kilometers north of Jeddah 2.Operation scale of the bidding project: Saudi Arabia Red Sea Project ZONE 1 new camp, with a scale of about 3000 people 3.Scope of tender:Operation and maintenance of the living area camp, including but not limited to providing three meals a day and drinking water for expatriate labor and engineers, garbage disposal, sanitation cleaning and maintenance of the camp, as well as the supply of some low-value maintenance spare parts. 1.分包采购项目建设地点： 红海公用资产和基础设施项目位于沙特阿拉伯王国塔布克省，占地28000平方公里，海岸线160公里，位于吉达以北约550公里 2.分包采购项目建设规模：ZONE 1新营地，规模约3000人 3.采购范围：生活区营地的运营和维护。包含但不限于提供外籍labor ，工程师的一日三餐、饮用水、垃圾处理、营地的卫生清理和维护，包括提供一些低值维修配件。

投标人资格要求：

(1) The successful bidder must be an independent legal entity registered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and possess valid Saudi CR, VAT, Zakat, and GOSSI certificates.
