****集团船舶备件供应商建库公告

敬启者：

为进一步挖掘和筛选船舶备件市场优质供应商，****集团近日已启动船舶备件供应商建库工作，欢迎相关意向单位踊跃报名。

现向全球公开寻源，具体安排公告如下：

一、入库方式

本次供应商建库采用资格符合性审核入库方式，由专家评审方式确定。

二、寻源方式

拟从以下三个方面确定船舶备件意向供应商名单

****公司和系内渠道船舶备件供应商

****公司和系内渠道根据业务需要，推荐有市场竞争力且具备潜在新能源船舶备件供应能力的供应商。

（三）供应商自荐

三、入库文件要求

（一）生产商，包括船舶设备和船舶备件生产商，应提供如下书面材料。

1. 供应商信息登记表

2. 供应商反商业贿赂承诺书

3. 供应商社会准则符合性自审问卷

4. 近三年在经营活动中没有重大违法记录的书面说明

5. 营业执照（境内）或商业登记文件（境外）

6. 行业资质、认证情况。包括船级社认证，ISO质量保证体系认证，备件碳足迹，包括范围3的排放等。必要时提供产品证书、型式认可证书和质量检测报告等证明文件。

7. 备件供应商自荐和推荐材料填报表。

（二）中间商，包括分销商、代理商、贸易商等。

中间商应提供与上述生产商相同的1-5和7等文件以外，还应提供如下文件：

1. 如果是船舶设备或船舶备件生产厂家授权的分销商、代理商，需提供书面授权文件。

2. 如果是贸易商，需提供业绩证明。业****集团内部船东服务10年以上，且年均采购频次20次以上，业绩稳定且财务状况良好，无严重失信、偷税漏税记录，无重大合同违约记录，拥有专业的管理及售后服务技术人员。

3. 未满足业****集团外贸易商，原则上不得入库。确需入库的，由推荐单位出具推荐证明材料，陈述理由。

本公告截止期限为2026年3月26日24时，自荐供应商须在公告截止期限前提交书面材料（电子版），逾期将不被接受。境内供应商需加盖公章。供应商需反馈的书面材料范本请见附件。

Announcement on the Establishment of CHINA COSCO SHIPPING CORPORATION LIMITED Spare Parts Supplier Database

To Whom It May Concern,

In order to further explore and select high-quality suppliers in the marine spare parts market, COSCO SHIPPING has recently initiated the establishment of a supplier database for marine spare parts. Interested parties are welcome to actively register.

We hereby announce a global sourcing initiative to the public. The specific arrangements are as follows:

I. Method of Supplier Inclusion

The inclusion of suppliers in this database shall be conducted through qualification conformity review, with final determination made by expert evaluation.

II. Method of Supplier Identification

The preliminary list of prospective spare parts suppliers shall be determined based on the following three approaches:

(1) Existing spare parts suppliers of COSCO Shipping Fleet and COSCO Shipping Purchasing Platforms

(2) Suppliers recommended by COSCO Shipping Fleet and COSCO Shipping Purchasing Platforms, who are market-competitive and possess the potential capacity to supply spare parts for new energy vessels;

(3) Suppliers applying through self-nomination.

III. Documentation Requirements for Application

(1) Manufacturers are required to submit the following documents:

1.Supplier Information Registration Form

2.Agreement Of Anti Commercial Bribery

3.Supplier Social Responsibility Self-Assessment Questionnaire

4.Written statement confirming no material violations in business operations during the past three years

5.Business License (for domestic entities) or Business Registration Certificate (for overseas entities)

6.Industry qualifications and certifications, including but not limited to classification society certificate(s), ISO quality assurance system certificate(s), and carbon footprint certificate(s) (covering Scope 3 emissions) etc. Other supporting documents such as Product certificates, type approval certificates, and quality inspection reports shall be provided where applicable.

7.Supplier Self-Recommendation Form and relevant supporting documents.

(2) In addition to the documents required for manufacturers under items 1–5 and 7 above, intermediaries including distributors, agents, trading companies, etc. shall also provide the following:

1.If acting as an authorized distributor or agent of a marine equipment or marine spare parts manufacturer, a written authorization document shall be provided.

2.If acting as a trading company, evidence of performance shall be provided. The performance requirements include: having served shipowners within COSCO Shipping for more than 10 years, with an average annual procurement frequency of no less than 20 times; stable performance record; sound financial condition; no records of serious dishonesty or tax evasion; no history of material contract breach; and possession of professional management and after-sales service technical personnel.

3.Trading companies outside COSCO Shipping that do not meet the above performance requirements shall generally not be admitted to the database. Where exceptional admission is deemed necessary, the recommending entity shall issue supporting documentation with detailed justifications.

The deadline for this announcement is 24:00 on March 26, 2026. Self recommended suppliers must submit written materials（ELECTRONIC VERSION） before the announcement deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.Template of written materials that suppliers need to submit please see the attachment.
