本项目为Richards Bay Minerals，RBM公司在Zulti South**1条钛铁砂矿采选和运输生产线，包括3000吨/小时干采单元，一座处理能力2500吨/****铁矿砂选矿，42公里的管道以及配套的水电系统。

This project involves the construction of a new titanium ore mining, processing, and transportation production line at Zulti South for Richards Bay Minerals (RBM). It includes a 3,000 tons per hour dry mining unit, a 2,500 tons per hour mineral sands processing plant, 42 kilometers of pipelines, and supporting water and power systems.

项目当前需要采购RTK设备2台，全站仪2台，水准仪4台。供应商必须为制造商或授权代理商。

The project currently requires the procurement of 2 RTK devices, 2 total stations, and 4 levels. Suppliers must be manufacturers or authorized distributors.

每套全站仪必须包含：全站仪主机 1 台、充电器 1 套、可充电锂电池 ≥ 2 块、棱镜组（含棱镜、棱镜杆、基座）1～2 套、仪器箱 1 个、说明书、合格证、保修卡、数据传输线、软件（如有）。

Each set of total station must include:

- 1 total station main unit

- 1 charger set

- Rechargeable lithium batteries: ≥ 2 pcs

- Prism set (including prism, prism pole, and tribrach): 1–2 sets

- 1 instrument case

- Instruction manual, certificate of conformity, warranty card

- Data transmission cable

- Software (if applicable)

The bid documents to be submitted by the bidder include: Company Profile, Company Qualifications, Company Sales Track Record, Scanned copy of the Quotation (with signature and seal),Detailed equipment parameter description, and the Bidder's Power of Attorney,Bidder Information Form. The submission method requires uploading scanned electronic copies online.

投标人必须能提供测量设备的国际检定证书，如不能提供则作废标处理。

Bidders must be able to provide an international calibration certificate for the measuring equipment. Failure to provide such a certificate will result in the bid being disqualified.
