(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. This procurement requires online response, and suppliers must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certificate). According to the "Interim Measures for the Registration and Integrity Management of Government Procurement Suppliers in Shanghai," suppliers must be registered and listed on the Shanghai Government Procurement Network. 4.
