合同履约期限：本项目一次招标三年有效，合同一年一网签，每年经过采购人考核合格后，合同续签一年，最长不超过三年。本项目采购预算所涵盖的服务期限为2026年01月01日至2026年12月31日。本次采购工作完成前由原服务商继续履行服务，如本次中标人非原服务商，则新中标人按照中标价折算支付给原服务单位相应的服务费用，费用按中标总价/365*原单位服务天数计算。

The Contract Period: This project is valid for three years after one tender, and the contract is signed online once a year. After passing the purchaser's examination every year, the contract will be renewed for one year, with a maximum of three years. The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Before the completion of this procurement, the original service provider will continue to perform the service. If the winning bidder is not the original service provider, the new winning bidder will pay the corresponding service fee to the original service unit according to the bid price, and the fee will be calculated according to the total bid price /365* service days of the original unit.
