The scope of this tender project includes domestic logistics services in Saudi Arabia for engineering materials (towers) under the 700MW Yanbu Wind Power EPC Project in Saudi Arabia. The bidder is responsible for all freight forwarding services for the tenderer's project, with the transportation starting from the Yamama factory in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, and ending with delivery to the tenderer's project destination by road.本次采购项目的采购范围为沙特延布700MW风电EPC项目下的工程物资（塔筒）的沙特境内物流服务。响应方承担采购方项目所有货物运输代理服务，运输起点为沙特延布Yamama工厂起，至采购方项目目的地车板（陆运）交货止。
