Other requirements: 1) Possess independent legal entity status with business scope compliant with project requirements; 2) No major violations in the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities; 3) Hold Grade III or higher general contracting qualification for construction projects and valid safety production license; 4) Project-appointed project manager: Registered constructor with Grade II or higher qualification in construction engineering; 5) "Bidders", "Legal Representatives", and "Project Managers" must have no bribery records in the past three years; 6) Bidders must maintain good credit history; 7) This project exclusively targets small, medium, and micro enterprises (SMEs) and public institutions.
