Saudi Aramco MGS Gas Booster Station Phase III BGCS10# Project Installation Package A This tender is initiated by the MGS Phase III Installation Package A Project Department of Power China Sichuan Engineering Co., Ltd. The project has met the conditions for tendering and is now open for bidding.

二、项目概况和招标范围 / 2. Project Overview and Scope of Tender

建设地点 / Project Location：

沙特阿拉伯首都利雅得以西915公里，麦迪那省，A1Mendassah小镇西北部

Located in Medina Province, 915 km west of Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, and to the northwest of the A1 Mendassah town.

工期 / Construction Period：

8个月/8 months

计划开工日期 / Planned Start Date：开工时间以甲方通知为准。

The commencement date shall be subject to the written notice from Party A.

招标范围 / Scope of Tender：

负责MGS三期全场的消防管道施、配合预调试作及配合调试作直程完成最终验收，包括但不限于地埋管道的开挖回填、地埋管道、地上管道、喷淋系统（含吊顶板开孔，穿墙、穿地套管安装（含墙体开洞）、警接如：Tamper switch、报警阀组件、区域控制阀安装等）、灾报警系统（FDAS）、消防栓/消防炮、消防箱、防毯、灭器背景漆等管道、阀、管件、架、设备及就地仪表（含流量计、液位计、取样管等）等安装及地埋管道、阀防腐作，接处的施及配**，以招标现场指定界限为准。招标方提供管道、管件材料、架等主材，其余材料（含油漆）均由投标方提供。投标方应负责配备施所需的全部机械及器具。施工过程中需严格按照设计及规范要求，同时协调各工序衔接，保障工程安全、质量和进度，满足项目整体需求。

Responsible for the construction of the entire fire protection piping system for the MGS Phase III Project, including coordination of pre-commissioning activities and support for commissioning works until the project achieves Final Acceptance. The scope includes, but is not limited to: excavation and backfilling for buried pipelines; installation of buried and above-ground piping; installation of the sprinkler system (including ceiling tile cutting, installation of sleeves for wall/floor penetrations (including wall opening/core drilling), and installation of fire alarm interfaces such as tamper switches, alarm valve assemblies, and zone control valves); installation of the Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS); installation of fire hydrants, fire monitors, fire hose cabinets, fire blankets, and background painting for extinguisher boxes; installation of piping, valves, fittings, supports, equipment, and local instrumentation (including flow meters, level gauges, sampling tubes, etc.); and anti-corrosion coating for buried pipes and valves. Also includes construction and coordination work at all interfaces, with the bidder's boundary to be defined on-site by the tenderee .The tenderee will supply the main materials, including pipes, fittings, and supports. All other materials (including paint) shall be provided by the bidder . The bidder shall be responsible for providing all necessary machinery and tools required for the execution of the work.During construction, the design and specification requirements must be strictly followed, and the coordination of process interfaces shall be managed to ensure project safety, quality, and schedule, thereby meeting the overall project requirements.

1. 资格能力要求 / Qualification Capacity

（1）投标人须具有在沙特阿拉伯境内注****公司，或具有在沙特****公司，具有有效的沙特阿拉伯营业执照。

The Bidder must be an independent legal entity registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or have a subsidiary registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and must hold a valid Saudi Arabian commercial registration (CR) certificate.

2. 其他要求 / Other Requirements

不接受联合体投标。

Joint bids are not accepted.
