This project is the Vietnam Tam Sinh Nghia 2000t/d Waste-to-Energy Project., and the tendering entity is the Vietnam Ngha Tm Sinh Environmental Protection Project Department of PowerChina Sichuan Engineering Co., Ltd. (Vietnam Branch). The project now meets the conditions for tendering and is hereby put out to bid.

暂定为5个月/Tentatively scheduled for 5 months

计划开工日期 / Planned Start Date：开工时间以甲方通知为准。

The commencement date shall be subject to the written notice from the Party A.

计划竣工日期 / Planned Completion Date：根据项目服务计划与招标方现场要求进行 All work shall be carried out in accordance with the project service plan and the on-site

requirements of the

招标范围 / Scope ofTender：

包括但不限于卸料大厅、垃圾坑、汽机房、主厂房及烟气净化区的钢结构采购及施工工作。

Including but not limited to the procurement and construction of steel structures for the unloading hall, waste pit, steam turbine building, main power house and flue gas purification area.

三、投标人资格要求 / 3. Bidders’ Qualification Requirements

1. 资格能力要求 / Qualification Capacity

（1）投标人需具有越南境内注****公司，或具****公司，具有有效的越南营业执照。

The bidder must be an independent legal entity registered in Vietnam, or possess a subsidiary registered in Vietnam, holding a valid Vietnamese business license.

2. 其他要求 / Other Requirements

不接受联合体投标。

Joint bids are not accepted.
