3.4未被“信用中国”网站（www.****.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.****.cn）、国家企业信用信息公示系统（www.****.cn）等官方渠道列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法****政府采购严重违法失信名单且无其他不符合《****政府采购法》第二十二条的规定条件的情形。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 Construction Qualification Requirements: Possess a valid third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects issued by the competent department of housing and urban-rural development; 3.2 Have a valid safety production license; 3.3 Qualification requirements for project leader: The proposed project leader shall have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, and possess a valid safety production assessment certificate; 3.4 Not included in the official channels such as the "Credit China" website (www.****. gov.cn), the China Government Procurement Network (www.****. gov.cn), and the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.****. gov.cn) in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, or serious dishonest government procurement cases, and without any other situations that do not meet the conditions stipulate
