3、本项目不允许联合体投标。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. The supplier must have a Level 2 general contracting qualification for water conservancy and hydropower engineering, and the project manager must hold a Level 2 registered constructor qualification in the field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering, as well as a "Safety Production Assessment Certificate" (Certificate B) issued by the water administrative authority. Other construction personnel must be certified to work. 2. This project is specifically open to small and medium-sized enterprises. 3. Joint bids are not allowed for this project.
