****（以下简称“发电公司”）对2025年当地账审计工作进行询比价，特发布本询比价函，邀请潜在的承包商对本询价项目进行报价。

PT. TENAGA LISTRIK BENGKULU (hereinafter referred to as "TLB") is seeking quotations for 2025 Local Book Annual Audit Project.. We invite potential contractors to submit their quotations for this project.

一、项目简介 I Project Overview

印尼明古鲁2X100MW燃煤电站项目位于印尼苏门答腊岛明古鲁市东南方向约15km，西临印度洋，东临明古鲁内港湾，****公司(PLN) 2014年规划的五个火电IPP公开招标项目之一，主要包括额定出力为2×100MW****电站、卸煤码头、150kV输变电线路及配套相关设施。项目于2020年7月27日正式进入COD。

The 2 X 100 MW Coal-fired Power Plant project in Bengkulu, Indonesia is located approximately 15 km southeast of Bengkulu City on Sumatra Island, with the Indian Ocean to the west and Bengkulu Inner Port to the east. It is one of the five coal-fired IPP projects publicly tendered by PLN (State Electricity Company) in 2014. The project includes a coal-fired power plant with a rated output of 2×100MW, a coal unloading dock, 150kV transmission lines, and related facilities. The project officially reached COD (Commercial Operation Date) on July 27, 2020.

三、报价安排及要求 III Quotation Schedule and Requirements

1.本询价文件自2026年3月20日通过中国电建采购招标数智化平台发出。

This inquiry document will be sent to potential contractors through the China Electric Power Construction Procurement Bidding Intelligent Platform on March 20 2026.

2.报价截至时间为2026年3月27日8:00时（**时间）,询价供应商须通过中国电建采购招标数智化平台上传报价文件。逾期未递交报价文件，发电公司将不予受理。

The deadline for submitting quotations is March 27 2026 8AM, via the China Electric Power Construction Procurement Bidding Intelligent Platform. Quotations submitted after this deadline will not be accepted by TLB.

四、服务时间：2026年4-5月（具体以实际情况为准）。IV Service time: April-May 2026 (Subject to actual conditions).

五、地点：****电厂。V Place: TLB.

六、评审原则VI Evaluation Principles

****公司的招标管理标准进行评审，遵循公平、公正、平等竞争、科学择优的原则。

The evaluation shall follow the principles of fairness, justice, equal competition and well-conceived selection in accordance with Tender Management Standard set forth by TLB.

七、报价格式及要求VII Quotation Format and Requirement

本次询比价为整体询比价，询比价响应单位报价时须写明单价及总价、具体内容，报价包含所有可能发生的费用，确定成交单位后不再增补任何费用。

This inquiry and quotation process is a comprehensive one. When responding to the inquiry, quoting entities must specify both unit prices and total prices, along with detailed content. The quoted price must include all potential costs, and no additional costs will be added after the successful bidder is determined.
