协议期：约在2026年6月至2028年12月

02 报价要求

报价基础：非独家。

报价模式：采用基于Time Material（工时+材料）的NTE（Not-to-Exceed，封顶价）模式。

CFM56-7B Engine Shop Visit Service Procurement Announcement

1. Project Overview

Ruili Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby invites qualified Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) providers to submit proposals for CFM56-7B engine shop visit services to support the continued airworthiness and operational reliability of the Company’s Boeing 737 Next Generation (737NG) fleet during the period 2026–2028.

Quantity of Engines: 25 engines

Applicable Aircraft Type: Boeing 737NG series

Thrust Rating: 24K / 26K

Agreement Period: Est. June 2026 – December 2028

2. Quotation Requirements

Basis of Quotation: Non-exclusive

Pricing Structure: Time and Material (T M) basis with Not-to-Exceed (NTE) ceiling pricing

RFQ Package Interested and qualified MRO providers are requested to contact the designated RFQ coordinator below to formally request and obtain the complete RFQ Package, which includes this announcement and the Quotation Submission Form 2026 template:

Important Note: Quotations submitted without formal receipt of the complete RFQ Package will be considered invalid and will not be evaluated.

Submission Requirements Proposals shall be completed in full accordance with the Quotation Submission Form 2026 template. Suppliers may attach supplementary technical and commercial clarifications where appropriate.

In addition, please provide the following supporting documentation:

Company profile / overview

Authorization / license for CFM56-7B maintenance, repair and overhaul capability

FAA / EASA /CAAC Part-145 Repair Station Certificate (or equivalent certification)

Business license / certificate of incorporation

Any other relevant qualifications, references or experience summaries related to CFM56-7B shop visits

3. Submission Deadline and Method

Late submissions, incomplete proposals or non-compliant quotations will not be accepted or evaluated.

4. Evaluation and Award Process Following the submission deadline, the Company will conduct a comprehensive joint evaluation of all valid and compliant quotations. Selected preferred providers will be invited to participate in technical/commercial negotiations. Final selection of one or more MRO partners will be at the sole discretion of the Company.

5. Additional Terms and Conditions

All submitted quotation information and pricing will be treated as strictly confidential.

This is a non-exclusive competitive RFQ. The Company reserves the unrestricted right to:

Select one or multiple providers

Enter into non-exclusive agreements

Allocate workscope among selected providers

Cancel, suspend or modify the RFQ process at any time

Award no contract(s)

The final commercial and technical terms shall be governed exclusively by the definitive agreement(s) executed between the parties.

Ruili Airlines Co., Ltd. reserves the sole right of final decision of this RFQ announcement.
