预计起租日：一台起租日为2026年5月，另一台起租日为2026年7月。

基础租期：1台租期1年，1台租期2年，提供延期选项。

04 评审与选聘流程

承租方将在截止日后组织联合评审，在统一开启所有有效报价的基础上，综合评估各供应商提案，并邀请优选供应商进行谈判，最终确定**方。

最终条款以双方签署的租赁协议为准；

Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Lease of Two (2) CFM56-7B Spare Engines

1. Project Overview

Ruili Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessee”) is now inviting qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the operating lease of two (2) CFM56-7B spare engines, to support the continued operation of its Boeing 737NG fleet.

Quantity: 2 units

Applicable Aircraft Type: Boeing 737NG

Thrust Rating: 24K / 26K

Anticipated Commencement Date: one unit shall be May 2026, and the other unit shall be July 2026.

Initial Lease Term: One (1) unit for 1 year, one (1) unit for 2 years, both with extension options

2. Quotation Requirements

2.1 Obtaining the RFQ Package

Interested suppliers shall contact the designated RFQ Document Request Contact below, to obtain the complete RFQ package (including this announcement and the Submit Form 2026 template):

Note: Proposals submitted without formally requesting the RFQ package will be deemed invalid.

2.2 Submission Content

Please complete the attached Submit Form 2026 as required, and include in your proposal the ESN(s) and the latest Minipack/Summary (s) for the offered engine(s).

3. Submission Deadline and Method

Quotations that are overdue, incomplete, or noncompliant will not be accepted.

4. Evaluation and Selection Process

After the deadline, the Lessee will convene a cross-departmental evaluation team to jointly open all valid proposals, conduct a comprehensive assessment, and invite shortlisted suppliers for face-to-face negotiations to finalize the selected partner.

5.Other Statements

All submitted information will be kept strictly confidential;

This RFQ does not constitute a binding purchase commitment;

Final terms shall be subject to the executed lease agreement between both parties;

Ruili Airlines Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation of this announcement.
