REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Land Equipment Rental Service

Dear Sir/Madam,

We, China Road and bridge Corporation Congo Limited (CRBC), invites your good company to participate in the quotation of Land equipment Rental service for Congo Terminal Mole Est Lot 2 Dredging Project.please give your quotation according our inquiry list attached by this email.

1,Land equipment will be used for Songolo Site and Breakwater demolish.

2,CRBCC will be responsible for diesel.

3.Necessary certificates is required for the Land equipment and operators.

4.This Land equipment rental requirements are shown in the table below:

Notes:

1. If the equipment is broken down due to any reasons, Supplier shall undertake the maintenance of broken machines. CRBCC will pay for the Supplier in accordance with the actual working hour (not including the shutdown period).

2. The Supplier shall submit Application for Payment at the end of each month with the signed necessary supporting documents, which show actual quantity of the working days and hours during that month. The Supplier will be paid by check or cash in 30 days upon receiving the commercial invoice subject to the certification of Application for Payment.

Quotations received by CRBCC after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.

Please take note of the following requirements and conditions pertaining to the supply of the mentioned services above:

Services offered shall be reviewed based on completeness and compliance of the quotation with the minimum requirement described above and any other annexes providing details of CRBCC requirements.

The quotation that complies with all the requirements and offers the lowest price, as well as all other evaluation criteria indicated, shall be selected. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.

CRBCC is not bound to accept any quotation, nor award a contract/Purchase Order, nor be responsible for any costs associated with a bidder’s preparation and submission of a quotation, regardless of the outcome or the manner of conducting the selection process.

CRBCC implements a zero tolerance on fraud and other proscribed practices and is committed to identifying and addressing all such acts and practices against CRBCC.
