投标人资格要求：
1. Qualification and Capability Requirements for Bidders (1) The successful bidder must be an independent legal entity registered within the Kingdom of Thailand, have experience in executing similar construction projects, and possess valid Thailand CR, VAT. 2.Performance requirements The Tenderer shall have at least 2 similar project performance in the last 2 years (from 01 01, 2024 to the deadline for submission of bids). 1.资质要求 （1）要求响应人需具有泰国境内注册的独立法人资格，具有相关施工经验，并有效的泰国CR、VAT。 2.业绩要求 响应人近 2 年（ 2024 年 01 月 01 日至响应截止日）至少具有 2 个同类型项目业绩。
