为进一步完善信总化建设，提升我镇会商指挥能力，****中心129室会商显示指挥系统进行全面升级，系统升级后，****中心129会商室现有显示系统进行诉卸、搬迁、重**装及改造，****政府212会议室的正常运，满足日常会商、指挥调度及应急管理等多元化需求。建设内容包括：会商显示系统（P1.25COB前维护）、4K高清控制器、4K分布式输入输出节点盒、显示屏安装结构（含改造）、移动控制终端、一体式会商终端升降器及配套布线、配电、会商音频控制接入等。

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
