小型工程1：标段最高限价400万元以下（含400万）的园林绿化工程项目，根据项目实际情况设置，最低应为5人（含）以上，且需包含*园林项目负责人1人、安全员1人、质量员1人、材料员1人、中级园林绿化工（班组负责人）1名。
（6）园林绿化施工企业项目负责人须具有园林专业中级及其以上职称。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (i) Complies with Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China.
(ii) Not listed as a Dishonest Person Subject to Enforcement, a party involved in a major tax violation case, or a record of serious illegal dishonesty in government procurement on Credit China (www.****.cn) or China Government Procurement Network (www.****.cn).
