总校 1、室外次出入口改造：更换铸铁大门、路面沥青修复。部分围墙修复。司令台附近区域新做挡土墙。非机动车棚安装挡板整修后整体油漆出新。****花园改造。 2、教学楼部分外墙涂料维修。楼内公共区域及部分教室、办公室涂料维修。 3、一层食堂粗加工区域改造：顶面、墙面、地面更换。食堂更换地沟盖板。****餐厅隔断屏风。 4、教学楼部分教室墙砖维修。防盗门更换密封胶条。 5、****办公室新做装饰实木隔断。 6、门卫室新做**石操作室、窗台板、安装卷帘、涂料出新。 7、其它零星维修。 分部 1、室外入口处防腐木廊架整修油漆出新、更换耐力板顶棚。陶然亭廊架整修油漆出新、地面更换塑木地板。 2、配电间外墙维修。 3、操场旁器材维修：新做混凝土地面。 4、食堂更换不锈钢地沟及盖板。 5、教学楼门厅更换筒灯、顶面涂料维修。屋顶防水维修。 6、二层体育馆器材室：更换吊顶、新做隔断。 7、行政楼二层1间办公室：更换实木多层地板。 8、****办公室：顶面更换是石膏板吊顶、更换实木多层地板、顶面涂料出新、安装装饰窗帘。 9、一层本草探究室新做操作**石矮柜、实木装饰柜。 其它零星维修。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

回避情形

（一）参与同一项目采购的不同中介服务机构法定代表人或实际控制人为同一人的；

（二）中介服务机构的法定代表人或实际控制人和委托人单位法定代表人或者项目负责人有配偶、直系血亲（含拟制血亲）、三代以内旁系血亲或者近姻亲关系的；

（三）其他应当回避的情形；
