本项目的异议事项已根据相关法律法规答复及处理完成，现恢复 法国开发署贷款**市建设自然与文化遗产保护和合理利用示范工程项目第四包：**绿色空间网络构建工程和**文化公共设施增补及周边生态环境改造项目 的招标投标活动及继续进行中标候选人公示，原中标候选人公示和评标结果公示 内容不变，中标候选人公示和评标结果公示结束时间顺延至2026年3月31日止。

Regarding the Ningde City Utilizes AFD Loans to Construct a Demonstration Project for Natural and Cultural Heritage Protection and Reasonable Utilization Lot 4: Urban Green Space Network Construction Project and the Expansion of Cultural Public Facilities with Surrounding Ecological Environment Improvement Project, during the publicity period for the bid winner candidate, the employer have published a Notice on Suspension of Bidding Activities and the Announcement of Successful Candidates and Evaluation Result for on March 9, 2026.

The objections regarding this project have now been addressed and resolved in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. Accordingly, the bidding activities for the Ningde City Utilizes AFD Loans to Construct a Demonstration Project for Natural and Cultural Heritage Protection and Reasonable Utilization Lot 4: Urban Green Space Network Construction Project and the Expansion of Cultural Public Facilities with Surrounding Ecological Environment Improvement Project are hereby resumed, and the public announcement of the candidate for winning the bid will continue. The content of the original Notice on Suspension of Bidding Activities and the Announcement of Successful Candidates and Evaluation Result remains unchanged. The closing date for the public announcement of the candidate for winning the bid and bid evaluation results is extended to March 31, 2026.
