(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement and support their development: This project is specifically for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation process, no price discount benefits will be applied to products from small and medium-sized enterprises. (2) Support prison enterprises and welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as micro and small enterprises; the rest can be found in the procurement documents.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、须具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
2、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
3、拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
4、业绩要求：无；
5、其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Must have a construction general contracting qualification of level three or above in building engineering;
2. Have a safety production license (valid within the validity period);
3. The project leader to be dispatched should have a registered construction engineer qualification of level two or above in building engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment qualification certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects;
4. Performance requirements: None;
5. Other requirements: None.
