项目概况及招标范围：

1. The project is located in Tabuk Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, covering an area of 28,000 square kilometers with a coastline of 160 kilometers, and is located 550 kilometers north of Jeddah. 2.Project scope: RED SEA UTILITY ASSETS AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT PV Pile Repair Work For SF2 Area-Section K mainly includes the repair work of 12,001 photovoltaic steel piles in the SF2 area. 3.Scope of tender:Earthwork excavation, leveling and compaction, waterproof membrane laying, rebar tying, formwork installation and removal, cast-in-place concrete construction, epoxy coating application, and other construction works. Among these, concrete and rebar are supplied by our side; all other items, including formwork, epoxy coating, as well as management, temporary facilities, labor, and construction resources, are to be provided by the subcontractor. 1.分包采购项目建设地点： 红海项目位于沙特阿拉伯王国塔布克省，占地28,000平方公里，海岸线160公里，位于吉达以北550公里。 2.分包采购项目建设规模：沙特红海公共事业和基础设施PPP项目光伏钢桩修复工程K标段主要包含SF2区域12,001根光伏钢桩修复工程。

投标人资格要求：

(1) The successful bidder must be an independent legal entity registered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and possess valid Saudi CR, VAT, Zakat, and GOSSI certificates; alternatively, it may have the status of an independent legal entity registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, and shall provide a valid business license and safety production license (2)Performance requirements:The Tenderer shall have at least 1 similar project performance in the last 5 years (from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for submission of bids).
