二、项目概况及介绍

长**特出口发动机到****工厂，为提升客户的满意度，对售后疑似质量问题进行快速响应。需****公司****工厂的产品提供包括但不限于出口产品的售后产品质量问题的确认，可疑批次挑选、隔离及相应标记标识等工作。

Purpose of the third-party quality service company stationed at Silverton SA Assembly:To improve customer satisfaction, the Changan Ford Automobile Co., Ltd. Powertrain Manufacturing Base (CAF) is responding quickly to suspected after-sales (0-kilometer) quality issues. This requires a third-party quality service company to provide services for export products, including but not limited to confirming after-sales (0-kilometer) quality issues, identifying suspected batches, isolating them, and performing repairs.

三、供应商报名要求

1. 合法经营执照：取得合法经营的法人或其他组织，提供有效营业执照或授权文书，原件备查；

2. 非“三无”供应商：“三无”供应商是指无实缴注册资本、无参保人员、无生产经营场所等无生产加工能力的“空壳”供应商，提供完整的国家企业信用信息公示系统查询报告，网址：https://www.****.cn/corp-query-homepage.html。若查询结果与实际不符或者查询结果未包含实缴注册资本及参保人数信息，针对实缴注册资本****银行入账回单（转账记录备注投资或实缴）加盖公章；针对参****社保局出具的社保证明加盖公章。

3. 业绩要求：供应商过****工厂做过挑选和返修服务。请提供业绩证明文件。

The 3rd company have provided sorting and rework work services to Ford's South African plant（Silverton SA Assembly）for the past three years.Please upload the scan copies of the contracts.

4. 其他要求：1.供应商能全天24小时响应CAF的需求。

2.****工厂有现场驻场人员。

3.****工厂有现场驻场人员驾照取得率超过50%。

1. If CAF need sorting and rework work，the 3rd company can respond 24 hours a day.

2. The 3rd company have employees stationed at the customer's site.

3. Over 50% of the staff stationed at customer sites hold valid driver's licenses.
