To meet the transportation and import-export customs clearance needs of Midea's Thailand region, we introduce high-quality logistics partners in accordance with the principles of "fairness, impartiality, openness and transparency", and promote the efficient development of business with the concept of win-win cooperation. Now, Midea International Supply Chain Competence Center publicly invites tenders for the "Thailand Import and Export Trucking Customs Declaration Integrated Business (2026-2027)". 一、标的介绍

I. Introduction to the Subject Matter

1. 标的信息：2026-2027 ****工厂进出口拖报一体全流程服务，预计需求柜量约 147,820 年（具体服务范围及相关细节，将在招标说明书中进一步明确）。

1. Subject Matter Information: Full-process services for import and export trucking customs declaration integrated business at factories in Thailand region from 2026 to 2027, with an estimated demand of approximately 147,820 containers (the specific service scope and relevant details will be further clarified in the tender manual).

2. 合同期限：2026 年 6 月 1 日 —2027 年 5 月 31 日（具体起止时间以双方签订的正式合同为准）。

2. Contract Term: June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027 (the specific start and end time shall be subject to the formal contract signed by both parties).

3. 业务类型：****工厂与**之间的集装箱拖车运输、货物接送，本地费用垫付以及进出口货物报关全流程服务（单据处理、清关申报、税费代缴、单证回收、货物放行协调等），实现拖车运输与报关服务无缝衔接。

3. Business Type: Covering container truck transportation and cargo pickup/delivery between major factories and ports in Thailand, advance payment of local fees, and full-process services for import and export cargo customs declaration (document processing, customs declaration, tax payment, document recovery, cargo release coordination, etc.), realizing seamless connection between truck transportation and customs declaration services.

4. 其他需求：本项目相关未尽事宜，均以美的国际物流服务协议条款为准。

二、供应商投标要求标书代写

II. Requirements for Supplier Tender Participation

（一）供应商资质要求及材料提交

(I) Qualification Requirements and Submission of Materials for Suppliers

本次招标供应商资质明确以下基本资质要求，所有证明材料均需****公司公章，需真实有效、在有效期内，具体如下：

The basic qualification requirements for suppliers in this tender are specified as follows. All certification materials shall be provided in scanned copies with the company's official seal, and must be authentic, valid and within the validity period. The details are as follows:

补充说明：Supplementary Notes:车辆资料需按以下 Excel 表格规范提交，便于招标方审核识别，具体要求如下：Vehicle information shall be submitted in accordance with the following Excel table specifications to facilitate the review and identification by the tenderer. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. 表格格式：一行对应一辆车，不得多车合并一行；

1. Table Format: One row corresponds to one vehicle, and multiple vehicles shall not be combined into one row;

2. 表格列项（按顺序排列，不得增减）：第一列车牌号、第二列车辆行驶证扫描件、第三列营运许可证扫描件、第四列车辆保险单扫描件、第五列货物运输险保单扫描件；

2. Table Columns (arranged in order without addition or deletion): The first column is vehicle license plate number, the second column is scanned copy of vehicle driving license, the third column is scanned copy of operation permit, the fourth column is scanned copy of vehicle insurance policy, the fifth column is scanned copy of cargo transportation insurance policy;

3. 其他要求：扫描件需清晰可辨，表格命名规范为 “XX 公司 - 车辆资料表”（XX ****公司全称），与其他报名资料一并发送至指定报名邮箱。

Other Requirements: Scanned copies must be clearly legible. The table shall be named in the format of "XX Company - Vehicle Information Form" (XX Company is the full name of the supplier's own company), and sent to the designated registration email together with other registration materials.

（二）通用禁止投标情形

(II) General Prohibited Tender Situations

1. 法定代表人为同****公司，不得同时参加本次招标；

1. Two or more companies with the same legal representative shall not participate in this tender at the same time;

2. 存在控股、参股、交叉持股或直接管理****公司，不得同时参加本次招标；

2. Two or more companies with shareholding, cross-shareholding or direct management relationships shall not participate in this tender at the same time;

3. 存在其他可能影响招投标活动公平、公正进行的关联****公司，不得同时参加本次招标；

3. Two or more companies with other related relationships that may affect the fairness and impartiality of the tendering and bidding activities shall not participate in this tender at the same time;

4. ****集团在职员工亲属（指配偶、直系血亲、三代以内旁系血亲、近姻亲关系）的供应商；

4. Suppliers whose shareholders are relatives of current employees of Midea Group (referring to spouses, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close in-laws);

5. ****集团离职前三年内，曾任 Band4（原 13 级或 P3）及以上职位的人员，在供应商处担任管理层、股东或销售岗位的供应商；

5. Suppliers where personnel who held positions at Band4 (formerly Level 13 or P3) or above within three years prior to leaving Midea Group serve in management, shareholder or sales positions;

6. 公司法人、股东及业务****集团黑名单的供应商。

6. Suppliers whose legal persons, shareholders and business personnel have been included in Midea Group's blacklist.
