欧盟碳关税CBAM招标搭建通用中央平台（CCP）

近日，欧盟委员会已发布招标公告，征集相关服务机构建设并管理用于碳关税CBAM证书买卖及回购的中央平台（Common Central Platform ）。

招标要求：

1、截至2026年8月31日，承包商须完成中央大平台的试运行版本开发，该版本需集成支撑CBAM证书销售、回购及对账业务所需的全部核心功能，并具备测试条件。

2、自2027年2月1日起，中央大平台须确保全面投入运营并正式启动业务运行。
