本项目为Richards Bay Minerals，RBM公司在Zulti South**1条钛铁砂矿采选和运输生产线，包括3000吨/小时干采单元，一座处理能力2500吨/****铁矿砂选矿，42公里的管道以及配套的水电系统。

This project involves the construction of a new titanium ore mining, processing, and transportation production line at Zulti South for Richards Bay Minerals (RBM). It includes a 3,000 tons per hour dry mining unit, a 2,500 tons per hour mineral sands processing plant, 42 kilometers of pipelines, and supporting water and power systems.

项目当前需要采购混凝土拌合站1台，该站理论生产率90m3/h，配备JS1500型双卧轴强制式搅拌机，每72秒可完成1.5立方米混凝土的出料循环。料仓需要4个，外加剂罐1个，必须配备除尘器。供应商必须为中国境内的制造商或授权代理商。并且供应商必须拥有能出口到南非的资质。所有设备参数必须符合南非对动力设备的准入要求。投标人必须能提供轮式设备允许上路的证明文件，****机关的检测认证合格证书。

The project currently needs to purchase one concrete batching plant. The plant has a theoretical production capacity of 90 m3/h, is equipped with a JS1500 twin-shaft forced concrete mixer, and can complete a discharge cycle of 1.5 cubic meters of concrete every 72 seconds. It is required to have 4 aggregate bins, 1 admixture tank, and must be equipped with a dust collector. The supplier must be a manufacturer or an authorized agent within China, and must possess the necessary qualifications to export to South Africa. All equipment specifications must comply with South Africa's entry requirements for power equipment.The bidder must be able to provide certification documents proving that the wheeled equipment is permitted for road use, including but not limited to inspection and certification certificates issued by government authorities.

The bid documents to be submitted by the bidder include: Company Profile, Company Qualifications, Company Sales Track Record, Scanned copy of the Quotation (with signature and seal),Detailed equipment parameter description, and the Bidder's Power of Attorney,Bidder Information Form. The submission method requires uploading scanned electronic copies online.

投标人必须能提供测量设备的国际检定证书，如不能提供则作废标处理。

Bidders must be able to provide an international calibration certificate for the measuring equipment. Failure to provide such a certificate will result in the bid being disqualified.
