Briefing and site visits session – The Supplier shall and shall procure its nominated sub-contractor to attend a briefing session and site inspection to make themselves thoroughly acquainted with the location, general site conditions, accessibility, restrictions for loading and offloading materials, etc. provided that the attendance of the sub-contractor shall not be construed as any implication of consent of HKPC as required under Section 1.1 of “Part II – Technical Specification”. The briefing session will be held as follows:
簡介會及實地視察會 — 供應商應及應促致其指定次承判商參加簡介會及實地視察，以充分了解地點、一般場地環境、可達性、裝卸物料的限制等，但次承判商的參加不得被解釋為「第 II 部分 — 技術規格」第 1.1 節要求之生產力局的任何暗示同意。簡介會按如下方式舉行：

時間：下午3時 – 下午4時30分

Venue: G/F, Reception Counter HKPC Building
地點：生產力局大樓地下接待處


Prior appointment has to be made with our Mr Mark Lo at telephone 2789 5108 / by submitting the application through eProQ (means the electronic procurement platform) by using the Site Visit Application Form on or before 9 Apr 2026 HK Time. for the briefing and site visits session.
供應商應於**時間2026年4月9日或之前致電 2789 5108／填妥實地視察申請表透過 eProQ （指電子採購平台）提交申請，事先與我們的 盧先生預約，參加簡介會及實地考察會。
