维修内容： 校区：****（地址：高东镇**路476号） 1、食堂间地坪破损更换； 2、食堂间下水道地沟翻做，水电线路重排； 3、食堂仓库更衣室换铝合**，线路重排，涂料出新； 4、食堂点心间铝合金隔断，水电重排； 5、户外紫藤架改造； 6、升旗台改造； 7、公共走廊及楼梯间局部涂料起壳修复； 8、公共走廊及楼梯间墙裙面砖起壳修复； 9、体育馆更换灯具6套及线路更换； 10、门卫室屋顶防水； 11、教室空调落水管； 12、室外绿化排水管208m，窨井4个，阀门7个； 13、2号楼更换感应灯12个； 14、2号楼110落水管局部更换； 15、后门入口水泥地坪翻做窨井升高； 16、小剧场墙顶面涂料出新； 17、1号楼一楼教室配电间防火门油漆7扇； 18、广场砖破损维修； 19、教室电风扇损坏更换； 20、学校移窗加装限位器。

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
