*（4）最高温度：≥1350°C，温度均匀性：≤±5℃（从500℃～1250℃真空加热情况下），测量方法按AMS2750最新版执行。满足温度均匀性要求的工作区尺寸≥900mm×900mm×1200mm（不含料架）。

*（5）系统精度：≤±1.7℃或读数的±0.3%（该精度指仪表、工艺传感器、补偿导线整体精度，应符合AMS2750最新版要求）。

*（6）温度仪表要求：设备应配备控温仪表、报警仪表及记录仪表，仪表最大允许误差≤±1.1℃或读数的±0.2%，仪表类型满足AMS2750最新版A类仪表配置要求，温度记录仪不少于36通道,配套相应的数据分析软件，分析软件具备审核功能，温控系统设计合理，系统接口丰富，适合智能化生产控制。

*（7）传感器要求：配套S型或N型铠装温度传感器最大允许误差满足AMS2750最新版要求，采用OMEGA/TC/TE优于品牌优质产品。

*（8）压升率（泄漏率）：压升率小于0.2Pa/h。

*（9）分压控制功能：分压范围13.3～1000Pa。

*（10）工作真空：≤5.0×10-5mbar，极限真空：≤5.0×10-6mbar。

*（11）升温速率：从室温升至1250℃不大于60分钟（空载时）。

（12）抽气速度：≤45min(在冷态、空载、清洁、干燥、无污染的条件下，从启真空系统开始达到工作真空度，不含扩散泵预热时间)。

*（13）冷却压力：1.9bar，风机功率≥55kW。冷却气体：高纯氩气99.999%。

Shanghai Baohua International Tendering Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency) is commissioned by Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as tenderer) on Open Tendering for the following goods required in Vacuum Brazing Furnace invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding.

Technical specifications：

*（1）Operating area: ≥900mm×900mm×1200mm(W×H×D).

*（2） Max. Load: ≥1500kg.

*（3） Operating temperature: 500℃～1250℃.

*（4）Maximum temperature:≥1350°C，Temperature uniformity:≤±5℃( from 500℃ to 1250℃ under vacuum heating condition), The measuring method shall be carried out in accordance with the latest version of AMS2750.

*（5）System accuracy: ≤±1.7℃ or ±0.3% of the reading (refers to general accuracy of the instruments, sensors and compensating wires shall be in conformity with the latest version of AMS2750 ).

*（6） Requirements on temperature instrument: the equipment shall be equipped with temperature control, alarming and recording instruments, with maximum permissible error no more than ±1.1°C or ±0.2% of the reading, whichever is greater. The instrument shall be configured in accordance with the Class A instrument configuration requirements of the latest edition of AMS2750. The temperature recorder shall have no less than 36 channels with corresponding data analysis software and review function. The temperature control system shall be reasonably designed with abundant system interfaces, suitable for intelligent production control.

*（7）Sensors: provide with armored temperature sensors of type S or type N, with maximum permissible error in compliance with the latest edition of AMS2750, and shall be of OMEGA/TC/TE or equivalent products.

（8）* Pressure rise rate (Leakage rate): pressure rise rate shall be less than 0.2 Pa/h.

*（9） Pressure control function: ranging from 13.3 to 1000Pa.

*（10） Operating vacuum:≤5.0×10-5mbar，Vacuum limit：≤5.0×10-6mbar.

*（11）Temperature rise rate shall be no more than 60 minutes under no-load condition from room temperature to 1250C.

（12） Evacuation speed: ≤45min (from starting of the vacuum system to operating vacuum degree in cold state, under no load, clean, dry condition, and free of contamination, excluding preheating time for diffusion pump).

*（13） Cooling pressure: 1.9bar，power of the fan ≥55kW, Cooling gas: argon with high purity of 99.999%.

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

(1) The Bidder shall have at least 1 similar reference project within the past 5 years (from January 1, 2021 to the bid deadline) matching the tender scope of this project. Similar project: Vacuum brazing furnace or vacuum heat treatment furnace with brazing function, with effective working dimensions not less than 600mm (W) × 600mm (H) × 900mm (D).The Bidder shall submit at least one contract agreement for similar projects signed between January 1, 2021 and the bid deadline as proof. The contract must show signing date, contract scope and signature/seal pages; otherwise, it shall be deemed invalid.

(2) The Bidder must be a manufacturer. Bids from agents/ distributors will not be accepted.
