**区2026年高桥、川沙、****陵园维修工程位于****陵园（**区欧高公路钟家弄78号）、****陵园（**区华夏东路2575号）、****陵园（**区康沈路1646弄58号），2026年3月正式立项，2026年3月开工，预计2026年4月完成竣工验收，2026年4月完成竣工验收备案。 该项目主要内容如下：****陵园主要建设内容为大门两侧**石缝隙灌胶嵌缝、卫生间电子阀更换、门卫室沉降地坪拆除找平、室外花坛**石拆铺修补、外墙面翻新涂装；****陵园主要建设内容为纪念碑**石缝隙灌胶嵌缝、踢脚线重铺、卫生间电子阀更换、接待室门口**石更换、道路两侧**石重铺及侧石更换；****陵园主要建****广场**石更换、英名墙**石墙面更换、纪念馆三楼吊顶翻新、室外木地板及龙骨修补涂装。所需资金由新区财力安排。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
