**区爱国卫****指导中心院建造于2014年，用地面积约6700㎡，地块出入口数量2个，由1幢2层主楼和2幢1层附属用房（配电间、门卫室）组成，合计建筑面积约3600㎡，本次修缮涉及面积3390㎡。修缮内容包括：建筑出入口台阶踏步沉降修补，外立面整体翻新，屋面防水修缮，室外消防水池内外防水翻新，场地围墙修缮，新增场地绿化排水沟及挡土墙，场地局部雨污水改造，局部室内用房翻新含一层儿保大厅地坪沉降修缮。本项目拟通过择优选取的方式确定一家有资质的单位为本工程提供勘测服务。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.
