项目内容：对书院镇东场一、二、三村、丽泽菊**、书院1号公寓等9个小区开展雨污混接整治工作，具体内容包括：对住宅外墙私接、混流的出户管实施雨污分流改造，翻排污废水出户管及雨水明沟连接管；整改阳台混接、支管缺失等问题；修复雨污水主管病害点位，以及开展道路、绿化修复等工作。服务内容：对小区接入市政管道以及地下管线物探；查明岩土层的类型、深度、分布以及物理力学性质等内容。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
