1、老师餐厅地砖、墙群面砖及吊顶翻新，涂料出新；2、教学楼及中庭走廊毛石地面清洗；3、体育馆墙面吸音板破损修复约30m2；4、校园防腐木破损修复，木油出新约400m2；5、教学楼阳台铁艺护栏油漆出新；6、教学楼一至四楼走廊墙面木饰面破损修复约80m2；7、教学楼一至四楼顶面涂料局部出新；8、教学楼4楼唱游室护墙板吸音板及顶面翻新，灯膜更换，窗帘更新；9、教学楼4楼录播室墙面吸音板更新，穿孔板吊顶更新，舞台地板更新，29个灯具；10、教学楼一至四楼过道铝方通吊顶局部维修约40m2；11、4号楼四楼舞蹈房吊顶灯膜及吸音板护墙板，墙面镜子改造，窗帘更换；12、4号楼四楼音乐教室吊顶灯膜及吸音板护墙板，墙面镜子改造，窗帘更换；13、4号楼二至四楼过道地板及踢脚线更换；14、小剧场及准备室地板更换。
