主要为1、实验教室：原墙面砖、地砖空鼓、起翘部位拆除，墙面砖、地砖修补铺贴；墙面涂料维修。强电及给排水改造；2、局部围墙加固：围墙采用钢结构加固（共3处）。3、校园北二门整体改造：新做电动移动门及门稞，安装减速带、警示柱 及橡胶成品坡道，化粪池盖钢板加固，路面浇捣混凝土及侧石安装，局部地铺石铺设；新砌窨井及窨井升高，新做电动门电源线等。4、3号楼6层办公室、卫生间：办公室拆除原顶棚，新做矿棉板板吊顶，内墙涂料维修，线路改造及灯具更换。卫生间安装热水器及线路、给水改造；5、3号楼3层：维修地砖；文化廊新做圆桌；6、2号楼、3号楼内墙涂料维修；7、教工之家：维修铝朔板墙面、踢脚线；8、室外操场：新做钢制护栏及大门；9、垃圾房：安装成品减速带；10、门卫间：更换雨棚夹胶玻璃、铝朔板装饰面；11、垃圾外运等。

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
